Joey Paz and Bryce Delbridge are teaming up to offer a one-of-a-kind island adventure in Triopetra, Crete for a week of Ashtanga Yoga, self-healing with Yoga Therapy, rejuvenating beach relaxation, world-class Greek cuisine, island explorations, and a deep dive into Yoga philosophy, culminating with the New Moon – the perfect beginning of a new chapter on the Mediterranean Sea. Nature will be our greatest teacher here, providing a backdrop of already warm summer days, vast beaches and beautiful sunsets from the shala’s terrace.
