We are thrilled to welcome you to our 4th annual Ashtanga & Yoga Therapy immersion retreat on the breathtaking south coast of Crete! Joey Paz and Bryce Delbridge are teaming up to offer a one-of-a-kind island adventure in Triopetra, Crete for a week of Ashtanga Yoga, self-healing with Yoga Therapy, rejuvenating beach relaxation, world-class Greek cuisine, island explorations, and a deep dive into Yoga philosophy, culminating with the New Moon – the perfect beginning of a new chapter on the Mediterranean Sea.
