“It is through contemporary dance that Nathalie discovered yoga a decade ago. During her pregnancy, she tries Iyengar yoga and decides to continue in this discipline which takes care to adapt the postures according to the physical condition of each one. In 2013, she started the teacher training given by Willy Bok and is now she is certified according to this method.

She continues her personal practice and her learning with Iyengar Yoga Professors .”
